Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED · 2026-05-19

1. Who this applies to

These Terms govern your use of Curbsight (curbsight.io and any related apps). By signing in or by accepting an invite from us, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

Curbsight is operated by Curbsight LLC ("Curbsight," "we," "us"). The exclusive intelligence tiers are invite-only — we approve those customers before access is granted. The per-seat Knocker canvassing plans offer public self-serve signup.

2. What we provide

A SaaS platform for residential service contractors (roofing, siding, windows, and adjacent trades). The service includes:

  • Property intelligence — scored leads, owner contact data (where licensed and lawful), hail and storm history, parcel imagery.
  • Project management — kanban-style job tracking, photos, estimates, pricing templates.
  • Insights, dashboards, and tooling that depend on third-party data sources (county assessors, NOAA, ActDataScout, Google Maps).

Features available to your organization depend on your plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time; we'll give reasonable notice for material changes.

3. Free trial, subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Free trial — trials run for 14 days. We require a valid payment method to start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial. When the 14-day trial ends, your plan automatically begins at its listed monthly price and your card is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial — from the Stripe-hosted billing portal in your account — at no charge.
  • Plans are billed monthly to the organization. The intelligence tiers include seats at a flat price; the Knocker canvassing tiers are billed per seat (per active rep). All seats in an org share the same plan tier.
  • Plan changes take effect immediately. Stripe pro-rates the difference for the remainder of the current period.
  • Cancellation via the Stripe-hosted billing portal ends your subscription at the end of the current period. You retain access until that date.
  • Refunds — if you're charged for a paid plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of that charge. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and we do not refund partial months. (Cancelling during a free trial means you are never charged, so no refund is needed.)
  • Failed payments may lead to plan downgrade or suspension if not resolved within a reasonable grace period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Scrape, resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute Curbsight data to third parties.
  • Share login credentials. Each user must have their own account, billed under the organization's seat cap.
  • Use the platform to send spam, harass homeowners, or contact people on Do-Not-Call lists.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass tenant isolation or plan gating.
  • Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate any law.

You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable telemarketing laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do-Not-Call Registry, and any state equivalents. We provide phone numbers as data; calling, texting, or otherwise contacting any homeowner is your decision and your legal responsibility. Curbsight is not a co-caller and does not direct your outreach.

5. Your data, our data

  • Customer data you create — jobs, notes, photos, estimates, pricing templates, homeowner contact log entries — remains yours. We provide it back on request and delete it on account deletion (subject to short-term backups).
  • Third-party data we license or ingest — property records, hail events, owner names, phone numbers, parcel sketches — is provided under our agreements with the underlying providers (county assessors, NOAA, ActDataScout, etc.). You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this data only within Curbsight for the purpose of running your contractor business.
  • Aggregated / anonymized usage data may be retained and used by us to improve the product. We do not share individual customer activity with other customers.

6. Data accuracy & no warranty

We make a good-faith effort to keep property data current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it. Property attributes, ownership, and contact information change frequently. Always verify before relying on a data point for a contractual or legal decision. Curbsight is provided "as-is" and "as-available" — no warranty, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Curbsight's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a security risk. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Other than the 7-day refund window described in Section 3, termination does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
