Curbsight OS · one flat price · seats included

Your back office is four subscriptions pretending to be one system.

CRM, estimates, invoicing, photo docs, time clock, commissions — a 5-rep shop runs $850–1,150 a month across tools that don't talk to each other, and the bill grows with every hire. Curbsight OS replaces the stack with one flat bill that doesn't move when you hire.

One app, five jobs

Sell

  • A drag-and-drop pipeline with stages you rename to match your board — not somebody else's board.
  • Estimates that draft themselves from real roof measurements. No site visit, no per-report fee, ever.
  • Follow-ups, homeowner texting, and a public job tracker your customer can watch.
Replaces: Roofr proposals ($13–19/report), SumoQuote

Get paid

  • Invoices generated from the estimate — one click, same job file.
  • Homeowners pay online; payments land against the invoice automatically.
  • QuickBooks Online sync so your books never see a re-typed number.
Replaces: invoicing tools, payment links, double-entry into QuickBooks

Run the crew

  • Native time clock and timesheets.
  • The pay engine: commission percentages, setter/closer splits, hourly rates — computed, not argued.
  • Per-rep KPI scoreboard, incentives and contests, team leaderboard.
Replaces: a time-clock app + the commission spreadsheet

Document everything

  • In-app photo and video capture that files itself to the property — no naming folders at 9 PM.
  • AI-generated photo reports for adjusters and homeowners.
  • Every photo rides the job file into the estimate, the supplement, and the invoice.
Replaces: CompanyCam (~$24/seat/mo)

Know your business

  • An AI coach that reads your actual job notes and tells you where deals are stalling — with receipts.
  • A top-down funnel from doors knocked to checks cashed.
  • Material orders that submit straight to ABC Supply — live branch pricing, built from the estimate. Print sheets for everyone else.

Also in the box

The nationwide canvassing map — every US address pinned, knock tracking with streaks and leaderboards — and route optimization with no stop caps. Your field team and your office finally live in the same app, which is the entire point.

The row nobody else has

Curbsight OS ships no property intelligence — on purpose. The scored map (every home rated 0–100 before the first knock), verified storm footprints, storm alerts, and bundled owner-phone reveals are the intelligence layer, and it's exclusive: one company per market. If your market is open, exclusive territory is an add-on, not a bigger plan, with 20 exclusive zips locked to you. If your market is taken, OS is how you run a better office than the company that locked it.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same thing as Knocker Pro?
No. Knocker Pro is the per-seat field app — a rep's canvassing tool with a mini CRM, billed per rep. Curbsight OS is the company's back office at one flat price: the full pipeline, estimates, invoicing, QuickBooks, photo docs, payroll math, and the AI coach, for up to 15 seats. Most Knocker teams graduate into OS when the owner gets tired of running the office out of three other subscriptions.
Do I get the scored leads and hail maps?
No — that's the intelligence layer, and it's deliberately not in this plan. The scored map, verified storm footprints, storm alerts, and owner-phone bundles come with the exclusive-territory add-on. That's also why OS is available to everyone: territory intelligence is exclusive to one company per market, but the back office never has to be.
What if the intelligence layer is already taken in my market?
Then OS is exactly the plan for you — it works everywhere, exclusivity doesn't apply to it, and if your market ever opens up, adding territory is the same app with the intelligence turned on — 20 exclusive zips from +$1,000/month, on top of the price you already pay. There is no larger plan to move to.
Is it really flat? No per-seat charges?
Flat. One monthly price covers your whole team — reps, sales managers, project managers, office staff, the owner — and crew seats never count at all. Hiring rep number six doesn't raise your software bill, which is the exact opposite of how every per-seat tool in this category behaves. The price is quoted by team size on a 30-minute demo, so you get a real number for your actual roster rather than one that assumes a company shaped like someone else's.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, no setup fee, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Contracts exist at Curbsight only where territory exclusivity does — OS isn't exclusive, so there's nothing to lock.
